Works best if paired with an ADC that can clear purple and wave quickly to rush level 2.
If there isn't much threat early and you have an early lead Stampede and ult are extremely good together especially on a roam mid early once you have ult and Stampede
If you're not dying and ahead enough you can grab an Amanita later in the game and bump up Breastplate and Genji. The damage reduction is incredible
