If you get ahead enough to leave duo lane pretty early on you can become a roamer which has worked pretty well in most of the games I've tried it. Either helping your jungler with ganks or ganking for them so they an farm their jungle if they are behind at all.
Swap out Sunder for Shell based on who is in the game. Sunder will help with early pressure often times leading to kills if you and your duo can out clear and hit level 2 first.
