unkillable Ne Zha solo or sup build with the right comp and lockdown with Ne Zha's passive on his aspect you can't die and if the enemy team has cc it just gives him more sustain and you can't lose a 1v1 with this build unless you maybe are in a 1v1 with a Hercules with a full cooldown build like this one but it would be close since Ne Zha has Immunity Frames on his 3 and this build is just about spamming everyone with cc and slows and not dying if you spam u win and let your backline free cast. This build is really fun would highly recommend giving it a try.
you can really go any relic would definitely stick to blink, Aegis, Shell depending on the scenario, early game the mana might feel bad but getting those CDR/mana items early helps a lot.
Use if they have wall ults or you just want to help team more
you could go prophetic first since this sup/solo play style is very in your face and spammy like a baron sup if you want more mits and prots instead of more sustain
you can go sundering axe if you want to have more prots but you lose a lot of cdr and your supposed to spam with this build and punish the back line
