Best herc cdr build
Clear early might be bad don't worry too much about getting a kill only do so if a pull is free and mid is there to help focus on farm first hit 5 and fry people asap
If you want some phys D and some ms (sort of inconsistent since of high cdr)
Same as regrowth less instant ms but more consistent ms for spam + more damage instead of prots
Situational kill secure: damage + ms on activation
