Shield splitter is very OP right now, with OP stats and has a 15 second cd 80 true damage projectile which you can use every fight. Sunder is also the best relic right now, gives so much extra damage that enemies cannot stop, does 500 aoe spread damage if the target dies as well (like a serqet ult). This fenrir build is a tanky auto build, and it lets you run at people the entire game, since you're tanky and doing a lot of damage. The only downside is low cds, which Mantle of Discord can help with if you really feel like you need it.
good for getting out of fights since you're tanky and the aoe stun gives you maybe just enough time to escape
good item against hunters
it still has defense and gives you an extra bit of attack speed and damage, makes sense on this fenrir build
