When Laning, deny as much farm as possible and look to punish. Don't be too aggressive and pull them under tower when possible. During team fights try to single out a squishy priority target and inflict DoT before pulling them into your team as you Tank the rest if their team. You can save your Ult for more follow up or as an execute for team fights
Use Genji when Enenmy AP>AD
If Enemy team has reliable mas CC
This is to sacrifice early DoT for more early game sustain if needed
