i dont think people realize how much the mana + necronomicon stacks add up ur intellect, and with this build u still get really really solid cooldowns, and obviously obsidan shard. Definitely a build for pubstomping, or if ur sure ur not going to die. If u have all stacks of necronomicon basically any of your abilites on any mage will one shot. Obsidan shard is actually not better than soul reaver because u have so much intellect that soul reaver literally does 230 damage per ability off intellect scaling alone, without even calculating the health damage. The health shred makes it devastating against tanks as well.
