This build works on any Intelligence Scaler/Mid Mage.
You will absoluetly blow people up with this build. At full build, because you have 50 Cooldown (20 from your starter + 20 from Gem of Focus + 10 from Spear of Deso) and 50 Echo (20 from The Cosmic Horror + 30 from Omen Drum), you are getting an extra 20% Echo AND an additional 35 Intelligence. Your damage is through the roof, and before a big fight, if you pop your Omen Drum active, it hurts even more. On here it says +385 Intelligence but its really +715 Intelligence - Lots of damage.
