For the start, if your playing a physical opponent in lane, go the Shield first item. If your playing a magical opponent in lane, go Rune first item.
If your playing a magical opponent in lane, go Sphere of Negation first item and Helm of Radiance fifth item instead. If you want some movement speed in the build since Nu Wa's safety is questionable, go Gem of Focus instead of Chronos' Pendent. Its also fun to go Gem of Isolation at some point in the build, the extra health makes Nu Wa's Minions tankier, and the extra slow makes your abilties and Ult annoying (don't go this if someone on the enemy team has Hussar's Wings)
