Your early game damage is pretty crazy. If you can get away with it grab Sunder to try for an early kill. If not, get a Shell and play to out farm your lane opponent. Your ult is VERY useful especially early game. Feel free to ult mid and coordinate ganks with the jungler to get mid pressure ESPECIALLY when your lane is pushed up or you can gank mid and fast back to lane.
If you need anti-heal and can afford to get Brawlers it will be very helpful
