With this build you are not super squishy, but you can also heal and buff your main damage dealer.
Don't play to aggressive in the early game since you are very squishy.
If you are getting locked down a lot and need more survival/health regen this can be a good swap.
If you are not getting targeted heavily and just need an item to get you out of a sticky situation every once in a while, but also want more healing.
If you feel you don't need the CDR and are healing your allies when they are very low a lot.
