With this build you are not super squishy, but you can also heal and buff your main damage dealer.
Don't play to aggressive in the early game since you are very squishy.
If you are not getting targeted heavily and just need an item to get you out of a sticky situation every once in a while, but also want more healing.
If you feel you don't need the CDR and are healing your allies when they are very low a lot.
If you need more protection because you die too quickly or getting CC a lot so you can regen and survive more.
