Your abilities provide Mana when damaging enemies instead of spending it. I'm a Monster can be used when at full Mana, consuming it all. It no longer provides Movement Speed, but can be fired 3 times with the damage scaling from Max Mana. I'm a Monster stacks provide max Mana and at max rank you gain bonus Mana.
