for the new patch I think Warrior's Axe is the best starter because it has protections for both str and int, and it has a damage proc, and it's base power is the same as bluestone and it's upgraded power is higher than bluestone, so you get more damage more proc everything - but with Axe you almost always need Sunder in the build, because it helps you clear early camps and gives you early pressure, and you already have prots in your build.
