This build just about gives you the maximum amount of damage you can get with out wasting stats. Most builds that go Thoth, Deso, Rod, World, Soul, Cosmic are going past 50 flat pen and ending with 10% pen. This build allows 45 Flat Pen and 30% pen. It also utilizes Gem of Focus to compliment Ra passive. You do miss out on about 100-300 damage depending on Soul Gem stacks but can proc an extra 300 of echo anyways but in general hit tanks a bit harder.
