You can go conduit gem for better early game but sands of time scales better late game with this build and helps with mana sustain early plus CD is OP. Beads or Immune depending on team comp
You can basically 100-0 someone with your 2 and 1 combo if you land it. I like nimble ring because it makes your autos hit harder and faster while you’re on cooldown or finishing people off plus a little lifesteal never hurts, you can go nimble before Rod of Tahuti
