This build is primarily for Support, but can apply to solo as well.
When you need Anti-crit, slot Spectral earlier into the build (within first 3 slots) and drop mantle.
If you feel like you need more CD in the build swap out Runeforged. If you do this, rush Shield Splitter and go Valor second.
Same situation as Valor above, but if you need CD + magical prots over physical.
