you have 4300 hp and can abuse your 3rd ability since the aoe scales with hp and the clone from the 1st ability also procs the 3rd ability. Deaths embrace makes up for the cooldown reduction and lets you fight longer due to the lifesteal and mana regen helping you loop your base kit in fights.
you get 41 more int and 4 more nimble stacks but you lose 425 hp, which means you lose out on the third abilities hp scaling AOE"s. The extra hp is also more comfy in my opinion.
technically a higher ceiling hp wise but not very realistic since you need over 730 stacks on it to get similar hp to Thebes, you do get extra physical protections and it's passive though so I don't feel its a downgrade especially if you need phys prots.
If you want a better solo experience overall I recommend bluestone or any other starter really death's embrace just made the build better in my opinion.
