Deso first to get the CDs. Book next after deso since you'll do more damage and it'll stack faster. Blink third because positioning is so important as Hecate, and you don't have to waste your ult if you get caught, or you can use your blink aggressively into a 3 2. I usually do not need Aegis if I have combat Blink.
