in my opinion you dont need cd on loki if u kill and stealth out , in case they aegis u ult out , with your 1 resseting after each kill i find it not necessary as an item but more like something to make your missplays and bad dessisions forgiving , i recommend replacing trans with jotuns if you are not that used to loki yet.
instead of trans u can go reaper or combat blink or whatever you need since its more or less a flex item but still decend for the one shot build
