I believe you need a starter with prots, but maybe scythe or cowl works. I like Axe as it gives strength than swaps to int at 3rd item

Maybe 4th item isn't necessary but tenacity & health regen sounds real good here. Maybe in need of more att spd and str, maybe instead build more life steal maybe berserkers instead of pharaohs
