Hou Yi build

IDK it just works

avenging blade spikes your early game & allows you to box with pen & early HP stat. Dagger plays great when you get your stun off and can poke out gods super well. You get plenty of pen from Avenging, Dom, Rip, & Passive. Last item slot is whatever you feel like you need Blink/Aegis for safety, Hastened for movement, etc.

Try to play safe and get your T2 Avenging blade online ASAP as it's only 450 Gold. Try to get the mid camps and should have enough gold for T2 and wards for early ganks

Full Build

18,150g

DB can be swapped with Riptalon if you feel like you need the pen earlier. Hastened is whatever item you want, Hastened for movement/anti-dive, Aegis for anti-burst, or Titans if you really need to kill tanks.
