The final slot of this build is always whatever relic upgrade is best. In the match that's linked to this build, I needed Time-lock over anything else. Ideally Combat Blink is the one you choose, but be willing to go beads or aegis if needed.

Lernean is still a very solid choice to start the game, I prefer the Pathfinding stat from Tekko though in most games.
