The whole point of this build is to use your 1 4 combo [Fire Wall] for most of your damage, and if possible use your 3 to secure kills as Telarian Boots will give your leap the damage you'll need to finish off most targets.
Swap [bluestone] for [pendulum] if you think you need more cool down.
Swap [crusher] for [heartseeker] if you need health damage
