If the enemy team has a lot of slows this is a good option to help your team and yourself.
If they have enemy gods that can proc your Magis really easily (Bellona's third ability) then going mantle can be good as it provides CC immunity when you need it most.
Honestly you can replace any of the last 4 items with Ancile. It pairs really well with your ultimate ability allowing you to make a strong impact in teamfights.
