I rather you not use this build in solo, cause no one likes a damage dealer in solo lane, but do what you want.
If you want more cooldown, but your sacrificing your clear early game. it's really just want you want more and who you are against.
Again, if you want more cooldown, but I would stick to Gem Of Focus the movement speed feels really good on Aphrodite.
