Laning Phase should be relatively passive, generally level your 1 at level 2, play to keep health relatively high, trades are best when channeling 2 due to mitigations.
Relic spots can swap, make sure you are upgrading aegis and shell for the Item Protections from these items stats. Cooldown is largely not needed on Ama so don't overprioritize it.
