Don't see many crit adc builds so wanted to try one out
If you need anti-heal you can get toxic blade at any point in the build and drop Riptalon off the end. Ideal slots are 2,3 and 4.
If you want more burst as opposed to pen/sustain
If you like fatalis or want more movement
