most of these games are played with a 2-5 stack necro might be sketch with 4 randos but it is probably fine, hecate range is broken. hecate is so safe you can go necro with lifesteal and be effectively unkillable. the other way to play her is conduit, genjis, breastplate or pheonix shield, sphere, helm of radiance as a core. a lifesteal item, shifters, freyas tears, regrowth striders, and world stone are al good items. I have never gotten to full build tank hecate they always surrender so im not really sure what's best finishing items. whatever you want after the core. damage if your team is bad probably.
dont die on the damage build. i think hecate is safe enough you can go agility but beads is fine. shell is probably better for tank build but certainly not as fun. level 4 2. 1 or 3 is preference or if you are winning and have a tank that goes in/ if they are 4 magical then level your 3 before 1. defense build 4 2 3 1
